Business Development Representative
The Business Development Representative is responsible for developing meaningful business relations by researching, qualifying, quoting and closing business with new and existing customers. Their number one goal is to grow the sales of Interstate Graphics through inside sales activities like emails, phone calls and occasional customer visits.
Customer Service Representative
The Customer Service Representative is responsible for working directly with customers on new and existing orders. They are also responsible for data entry, answering customer phone calls and working with internal team members to find answers for customers.
