What rigid materials do you print on?

We UV flatbed print on foam board (Gatorboard, Ultraboard), PVC (Sintra), acrylic, aluminum, Dibond (aluminum composite), corrugated plastic (Coroplast), and wood substrates.

What is the maximum sheet size?

Our UV flatbed printers accommodate sheets up to 4’ x 8’ (48″ x 96″). Larger graphics can be produced as multi-panel installations.

Can you cut custom shapes?

Yes. We offer CNC routing and die-cutting for custom shapes, contour cuts, and dimensional signage. Drilled holes and rounded corners are also available.

What is the difference between foam board and Gatorboard?

Standard foam board has paper facers and is lightweight but fragile. Gatorboard has wood-fiber facers bonded to a foam core, making it much more rigid and durable — it resists denting and warping.
