Spot and 4-color screen printing

We specialize in spot or 4-color screen printing on polyethylene, styrene, paper, and metal — including both steel and aluminum substrates.

Our state-of-the-art presses UV print and cure up to 6 colors simultaneously. We print 45 to 85 lines per inch with a maximum image area of 40" x 60".

Screen printing is a great fit for high-traffic or weather-exposed applications: outdoor signage, display graphics, magnetics, and tin tackers. The ink density and durability make it ideal where longevity matters.

Screen Printing vs. Digital: When to Choose

Both have their place. Here is when graphic screen printing is the better choice:

Choose Screen Printing When:

  • ✓ Outdoor exposure 3+ years
  • ✓ Max ink opacity on dark substrates
  • ✓ Metal substrates (steel, aluminum)
  • ✓ High volume (500+ identical pieces)
  • ✓ PMS spot color accuracy critical
  • ✓ UV/chemical resistance required

Choose Digital When:

  • • Short runs or variable data
  • • Photographic imagery
  • • Quick turnaround needed
  • • Flexible substrates (vinyl, fabric)
  • • Sizes over 40 x 60 inches
  • • Indoor/temporary use

Not sure? We run both in-house. Send your files and we will recommend the best process.

Frequently Asked Questions

What substrates can you screen print on?

+

Polyethylene, styrene, corrugated plastic, paper stocks, aluminum, and steel. Our UV cure inks bond permanently to porous and non-porous surfaces alike.

How durable is screen printing vs. digital?

+

Screen-printed UV inks are 10-15x thicker than digital inkjet. Higher density, better opacity, and 5-7+ years of outdoor durability without fading.

Is there a minimum order?

+

No minimums. Most cost-effective at 100+ pieces due to setup. For short runs, digital may be more economical.

Can you match PMS/Pantone colors?

+

Yes. We mix custom PMS formulations in-house for precise brand color matching across thousands of pieces.

Typical turnaround time?

+

5-7 business days from proof approval. Rush available. Large orders (10,000+) may need additional time.

Need durable, high-volume graphics?

Screen printing delivers ink density and weather resistance that lasts.
