Fabric banners are printed using dye-sublimation, where the ink is heat-transferred into the polyester fibers. This produces vibrant, wash-resistant graphics with a soft fabric hand.
Fabric banners have a softer, more premium look with no glare under lighting. They are lighter, wrinkle-resistant, and machine-washable. Vinyl banners are more rigid, weather-resistant, and typically lower cost.
Dye-sublimation fabric is UV-resistant and can be used outdoors in moderate conditions. For heavy weather exposure, vinyl banners or UV-printed fabric may be more appropriate.
