14pt and 16pt C2S (coated two sides) cover stock are the most popular choices. The heavier weight ensures the tent holds its shape on the table without collapsing. For extra durability in high-turnover environments like restaurants, we recommend 16pt with UV coating or lamination.
Our standard table tent sizes are 4x6 and 5x7 (finished panel size). The flat sheet is printed with all panels and then scored and folded into the tent shape. We also produce custom sizes — taller, wider, or non-standard proportions — to fit specific display needs.
We machine-score the fold lines for clean, precise creases, then fold and ship flat or pre-assembled depending on your preference. Scoring is critical on heavy stock to prevent cracking along the fold. All table tents are scored on our finishing equipment for consistency across the run.
Yes. Beyond standard rectangular tents, we can die-cut custom profiles — arched tops, product-shaped cutouts, integrated business card holders, or any contour your design requires. Custom dies add a small setup cost but create a much more distinctive tabletop display.
