Industrial Decals &
Equipment Graphics

Screen printed decals engineered for heavy equipment, machinery, and vehicles — built to survive years of outdoor exposure, chemicals, and physical abuse.

Screen Printed Tough for Brutal Environments

Industrial decals live in the harshest conditions imaginable — construction sites, factory floors, agricultural fields, and the undersides of heavy equipment exposed to hydraulic fluid, diesel fuel, and relentless UV bombardment. Digital printing fades and peels in these environments. Screen printing does not. IGI screen prints industrial decals on durable vinyl and polyester substrates using solvent-resistant inks with ink film thicknesses three to five times greater than digital output. The result is a decal that holds its color, adhesion, and legibility for years under conditions that destroy digitally printed alternatives in months.

We produce OEM replacement decals, warning and instruction decals, brand identity graphics, and control panel labels for equipment manufacturers and the print brokers and sign companies who serve them. As a trade-only printer, IGI works behind the scenes as your production partner — your clients never know we exist. We handle everything from prepress and color matching to UV lamination, custom die-cutting, and application-ready finishing with liner scoring and easy-peel tabs.

Our screen printing presses can handle both spot color work with Pantone-matched inks and full process color (CMYK) builds, and we combine screen with digital printing when variable data like model numbers or date codes need to be integrated into a screen printed base. Whether your client needs 200 decal kits for an equipment refresh or 20,000 for an OEM production line, IGI has the capacity and the screen printing expertise to deliver on time and on spec.

Frequently Asked Questions

What makes a decal "industrial grade"?

+

Industrial decals are screen printed on durable substrates (polyester, vinyl, polycarbonate) with inks formulated to resist UV, chemicals, abrasion, and temperature extremes. The thick ink film from screen printing outlasts digital prints in demanding environments.

What applications are industrial decals used for?

+

Equipment nameplates, control panel labels, operating instruction decals, safety warning decals, serial number plates, and brand identification graphics for machinery, vehicles, and outdoor equipment.

Can you match specific brand colors?

+

Yes. Screen printing uses spot color inks that we can match to your PMS (Pantone) specifications for precise, consistent brand color reproduction.

Do you offer die-cutting?

+

Yes. We die-cut decals to custom shapes and sizes. Kiss-cut (on release liner) and through-cut options are available depending on the application method.
